Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner is a professional American football player who plays as a cornerback for the New York Jets of the NFL.

Childhood and youth

Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner was born on August 31, 2000 in Detroit, Michigan. He studied at Martin Luther King Jr. Senior High School. Here he played at the football team as a wide receiver and cornerback.

Football career

He began his college football career at Central Michigan University, where he was a standout player and earned recognition as one of the top wide receivers in the Mid-American Conference. After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, Gardner signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent, but was later released and signed to the Kansas City Chiefs' practice squad.
