Childhood and youth

Triston Casas was born on January 15, 2000, in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Growing up, he played baseball and basketball, but ultimately decided to focus on baseball. He attended American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida, where he was a standout player on the baseball team. Casas was highly recruited by colleges, but ultimately chose to commit to the University of Miami. In 2018, he was drafted in the first round by the Boston Red Sox and began his professional career. Baseball career
