Ben Chilwell is an English professional football player who currently plays as a left-back for the Premier League club Chelsea and the England national team.

Childhood and youth

Ben Chilwell was born on December 21, 1996 in Milton Keynes, England. He grew up in a family of football enthusiasts, with his father, Wayne, playing semi-professional football for Bedford Town, and his mother, Suzanne, being a football coach. From a young age, Chilwell developed a passion for the sport, and he began playing for local clubs.

Chilwell attended The Hazeley Academy in Milton Keynes, where he continued to hone his football skills. He played for the school team and also trained with MK Dons, a local professional team. In 2013, he joined Leicester City's youth academy, where he played for the under-18 and under-21 teams.
