From 1999 to 2013, Mark LoMonaco, also known as Bubba Ray Dudley or Bully Ray, was in a relationship with Fawnfeather "Fawn" Carr, who worked as an esthetician.Their relationship lasted for a significant period before coming to an end.

Following that, from May 2016 to November 2021, LoMonaco entered into a relationship with Jamie Szantyr, a former TNA wrestler known as Velvet Sky. Their partnership spanned several years before ultimately concluding in late 2021.
