Actress Rachel Weisz was born on March 7, 1970, in a Jewish family. Her parents fled to Britain to escape the Nazis. The future actress’s ancestors lived in Italy, Hungary, Austria. Rachel was born and raised in London. There were two children in the family of inventor George Weisz and his wife, psychotherapist Edith Ruth.
