    Pierce Brendan Brosnan was born in May 1953 in the port Irish town of Drogheda that is situated in 56 kilometers from Dublin. The childhood of future James Bond can't be called happy. His father, the carpenter in his specialty, left the family when Pierce wasn't even one year old. Pierce's mother at once went to London where she got a job at the hospital.
