R.Kelly accused of sex crime in Minnesota

Would you believe, this week r’n’b star R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, has been accused of being engaged in prostitution issues with the under-aged girl.

R.Kelly has been accused of soliciting prostitution from the girl under 18 in Minnesota.

The singer has been charged with two counts concerning this matter. The attorney of Hennepin County called Mike Freeman filed a legal complaint claiming that Kelly payed a young girl for sex in July, 2001. The young girl came closer to the singer when he was giving autographs at the shopping mall of Minneapolis.

When the star gave her the autograph, she also received a phone number, which was the number for the hotel room. The minor girl was waiting for Kelly in the hotel room. When they stayed alone, the singer suggested her to pay $200 for undressing and dancing for him. Later they had a sexual contact. The girl was seventeen then.

According to the complaint, Kelly gave the girl VIP tickets to one of his concerts. Though she wasn’t able to visit the 18+ concert, she had either to pay or show her ID.

In response to the charges, Kelly’s attorney Doug Anton said that he wasn’t sure if Kelly had ever met this girl. He said that the girl could come forward either by her own desire or was dragged in to the fray by prosecutors to make name for themselves.

We’ll remind you of previous Kelly’s accusations, cause he had a plenty of sexual scandals which was involved in. In February, he pleaded not guilty to the charges in Illinois court. There were 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against four persons, three of whom were minor girls. He was released on $100,000 bail.
