Helena Christensen is a Danish model and actress, whose legs were called the most beautiful in the world by Gianni Versace. Other stars of the fashion industry also admire her. Karl Lagerfeld appreciated the rare type of Helena's figure, and John Galliano claimed that she not only showed clothes but imbued images with life and inner fire. Helena Christensen was born in Copenhagen on December 25, 1968. Her father was Danish, and her mother was a Peruvian, that is why the girl had an unusual appearance. As a child, she was fond of photography and music and took the first steps in the modeling business at the age of 6.

Modeling and career

Helena became famous at the age of 18 when she won the Miss Universe Denmark crown. It allowed her to represent her country in the Miss Universe. The young lady did not win the title, but she attracted attention and gained valuable experience working with a multinational audience.

When Helena returned from the competition, she decided to move to Paris. The relationships of beautiful Helena have always attracted media attention, especially since she has usually had torrid affairs. The most famous relationship was a love affair with INXS frontman Michael Hutchence. The couple dated for five years, then they broke up, citing the falling out of love. Later it transpired that Christensen had the relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio. Billy Corgan replaced hiCorganm, but it was just a short love affair.

The next boyfriend was the American actor, Norman Reedus. On October 13, 1999, Helena gave birth to her only child, a son named Mingus Lucien. She also broke up with Reedus after five years of relationship, without getting married.

None of Christensen’s boyfriends became her husband. Helena admitted in an interview that she could not get along with a man under the same roof, so she only dated them.

“My life is constant travel, so it has to be like this,” the model explained. “I used to have my own space and things.”

Helena said that she even wanted more children, but she did not meet the right man.

The model has been friends with colleagues in modeling business Claudia Schiffer, Carla Bruni, and Eva Herzigová for a long time. In her youth, Helena did not train hard, doing just basic exercises, until the model decided that she wanted to become stronger. Since then, she has done boxing exercises. In 1991 she advertised swimsuits, including the Thierry Mugler unique metal bikini (this picture was on the cover of L.A. Style), and now the model has shown the same images again, demonstrating an excellent delicate figure.

Helena has recently announced the start of cooperation with Huawei company. It all started with a post on Instagram, promoting a new phone model, and later Christensen appeared in the campaign video and became the face of the brand.
