Kate Mara is an American actress, the star of Hollywood films: Fantastic Four, Transsiberian, and Morgan.

Kate Mara was born in Bedford, New York, in the family of the owners of the football clubs New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers. The actress’s father, Timothy Christopher Mara, is the vice president of the first club for player evaluation. Her mother, Kathleen McNulty, raised four children. In addition to Kate, the couple had two sons, Daniel and Conor, as well as the youngest daughter, Rooney Mara, who also became an actress.
