Liv Tyler: biography

Liv Tyler is an American model and movie actress. Liv Tyler has more than thirty projects in her creative career. The actress didn't become the winner of the prestigious film awards, but she has managed to gain extravagant recognition in the floristics sphere. The new rose sort was called in honor of the actress and model. In 2006 the new sort of hybrid tea roses with the strong aroma which appeared in France received the name of "Liv Tyler."

Liv was born in New York, in the family of famous people. The mother of future actress Bebe Buell was a well-known singer and model. Todd Rundgren whom the girl considered to be her father for a long time was a rock musician. But in the reality Steven Tyler the soloist of Aerosmith band is a biological father of Liv. But the girl became aware of their family relations only when she noticed the similarity with other Steven's daughter - Mia Tyler. After that, she has taken his surname. The actress became more popular after the release of the famous trilogy The Lord of the Rings shot by the novel by the renowned writer John Tolkien. In this movie, Liv Tyler performed the character of the daughter of the Elvin governor Arwen. The movie actress took part in three films of the trilogy, but got less screen time, than the actors of the roles of the participants of The Fellowship of the Ring.

Personal life

In 1997 Liv Tyler got acquainted with the actor Joaquin Phoenix with whom she worked together in the movie Inventing the Abbotts. The young people had the romantic relationship for a year.

After the broke-up with Phoenix, the girl met the musician of the rock band Spacehog - Royston Langdon. They have been together for five years, and in 2003 they officially married. In this marriage of Liv and Royston their son, Milo William Langdon was born. When the boy turned four years old his parents divorced.

In spring of 2014, Tyler began to live in a civil marriage with the football agent David Gardner. A year later she gave birth to her second son Sailor Gene Gardner. The well-known footballer David Beckham has become the boy’s godfather.

Liv Tyler spends her funds for the charity, especially for the researches in the field of the development of the new drugs against cancer. Thanks to her activities Tyler was chosen in 2003 as a Goodwill Ambassador from the United States.
